Miki House is a new and fresh Japanese childrenswear brand, it is stocked in Harrods, here's a few gorgeous images from their new AW13 collection.

MIKI SHOKO CO., LTD. is Japan’s leading premium manufacturer and retailer of clothing, shoes and accessories for children. Founded in 1971 in Osaka, Japan, the company opened the first store in Kyoto, Japan, in 1978.

In 1987, MIKI HOUSE started its global expansion and opened the stores in world premium shopping locations such as St. Honore in Paris, via Montenapoleone in Milan. Currently, it operates more than 300 stores in Japan and 50 stores in France, Italy, Turkey, Ukraine, China, Hong Kong, Korea, and United States. In 2013, it will continue the global expansion and will open the stores in London, Singapore, Russia and Canada.

The range includes clothing and accessories for ages six months to four years, the line features playful wearable designs and includes: shoes, coats, hats, gloves, knits, denim and much more. 90 Second Interview with Ellie Ingram of Bug

We had a fabulous little chat with Bug creator and jewellery wizard, Ellie Ingram on her love of festivals and her top tips on relaxed summer style
 Luanne McLean

What are you doing right now?

I'm sat in my workshop making jewellery as it's a busy week this week frantically prepping for the Lal La La Land look book shoot. I just have a few looks to finalise.
What are you wearing?

I wear comfortable things in the workshop that I don't mind getting marked while I work so currently I'm wearing terracotta brown skinny jeans, a Zara t-shirt and trainers I got for £4 in a carboot sale - they are a pretty good copy of Converse!
What’s your make up bag essential?

Mascara, I love Maybelinne Great Lash and tend to spend more on foundation and cover up - I really like Clinque too.

 How do you pamper yourself?

I  don't really like girly things. I like holidays and catching up with my friends i cherish the time with my friends. I really like House and techno music so I look forward to going to gigs and festivals and seeing people I don't socialise with all the time.I'm going to Bestival in September just after International Jewellery London so it will be a busy week!
Favourite High Street store?

Urban Outfitters - I went in a month ago and their festival collection is great all great prints and I bought three pieces, a floor length tie dye maxi skirt, a cropped vest top in a ethnic print and a big baggy blue sheer cardigan.

 Last thing you bought?

I've just ordered lots of cupcakes for my lookbook shoot as we are having a teaparty in the wood,  all in pink and yellow with cherry and sugar toppings and patterned cases.
 Favourite designer?

Orla Kiely - I really love her House Collection at the moment , I only have the a few pieces but I adore her stuff. I have two flower pots and a milk jug but I just really love her collections, I'd love all of it.

 Biggest fashion faux pas?

Probably the pictures my mum has of me when I was little - the transition from a kid to a teen. The pictures of that inbetween stage before you find your own style are never good!
 Favourite hair salon?

My Friend Warren in Derby works for Lee Stafford and he has dyed my haire red for a good three or four years and just gets it so right - I will follow him if he ever moves salon!

NAIL IT!

Nothing says summer to me like a gorgeous manicure!

Treat your toes to a touch of Benecos nail polish, the natural cosmetic brand have formulated a polish free from chemicals associated with normal nail polishes including toluene, formaldehyde, camphor, phthalates and colophony. Another bonus is all the polishes are tested on volunteers so this makes the whole range more appealing! Benecos make a whole range of cosmetics including skincare and makeup , all with the same nature first philosophy, but I was attracted to the Benecos Nail Polish in Deep Pulm , £6.95 www.benecos.co.uk. The polish gives a great colour and two coats give a strong coverage. I did find I was touching up slightly more often than usual but touch us were simple and I found the overal result long lasting. The polish comes in 16 shades so go ahead and find your favourite!
